Description
The controller is USB-powered, class-compliant, and supports USB-MIDI connectivity. Additionally, the unit supports iOS connectivity using the Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit (available separately), enabling you to perform and compose audio apps on an iPad or another iOS device.
The M-Audio Keystation 49 MK3 MIDI Controller – Keyboard comes with a variety of software, including DAWs such as Pro Tools | First M-Audio Edition and Ableton Live Lite. Also included is AIR Music Technology Xpand! 2, a multitimbral all-in-one synthesizer that houses up to four sounds to help you create your own unique VI patches.
Keyboard sounds can be achieved via three included AIR Music Technology soft-synths: The Mini Grand, with seven acoustic piano sounds, and the Velvet, which gives you five vintage electric piano sounds. Additional software includes Skoove and Melodics. You also get 2GB of Touch Loops material to foster your creativity. The keyboard comes with a USB Type-A to USB Type-B cable.
